Order Processing

When you want to order from us,please send the order detailed information(item,quantity,color,package request,...) to us,then we will send you the PI (proforma invoice) for your confirmation,if the order is confirmed by your party,you should arange 30%of the PI value as the deposit,when we receive the deposit,will arrange the prodiction for you,when shipment is finished,you should pay for the rest PI value,then we are going to ship the goods out.

Sample

1) For Normal sample, Less than 3 samples are free but freight fees should be paid by customer.

2) Customized sample, Customer need to pay for the sample fees according to different finishing.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide with a wide range of shipping options : By Sea, By air. If less quantity, we often use Express : DHL, FEDEX,UPS,EMS and so on. We have our express agent .(Customers also can use themselves forwarder and express account),usually it takes 2-5 business days on the transit,it is door to door service.

2) Outside Package: Standered Export Carton size is 50*38*38cm. 450-600PCS pc material case in one carton, 500-600PCS tpu case in one carton,100-200pcs shockproof armor case in one carton. Because of different size. We also can make customer carton, if have large quantity.
