What is Our Wooden Phone Case Description?

All of our wood phone case are made by real and natural wood.

Ere-sale
1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3. Suntide sales send the Proforma Invoice.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment, And will make the technical drawings according to detailed request for your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.

Production→Delivery
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
8. Clients make payment for balance and Suntide Ship the goods. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
9. Order can be say “complete” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

After-sales
1. Feedback to Suntide about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.
2. Six months warranty policy.
3. We will replace the broken goods with new goods in the next order.

Q:How to get a sample?
A:Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure which sample you need.

Q:How do you guarantee the quality?
A: We can control quality from raw material to products. In our quality control system, there are raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection, together with random inspection to guarantee the quality.

Q:What is your payment terms?
A: L/C at sight or T/T, 30% deposit before production, balance 70% against B/L copy.

Q:What about the leading time?
A:In general, the leading time is about 5 to 15 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time. Thank you.

Q:How about the packing and shipping?
A:Normaly, we have pearl cotton or shrink film and carton for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact with us.

Q:Can I have our own logoon the products?
A:That's ok to have your own logo on the phone cases. Please contact with us to make sure the detailed things before placing order.
