- Stock model: 1-3 working days of lead time

- OEM model(with your logo): 5-7working days

The actual lead time will be based on your quantity and requirements.

3. What is your MOQ?

- Sample order, no moq, you can take 1-10pcs samples to test quality first.

- Regular order: 100pcs normally.

4.Do you offer free samples?

- We do not offer free samples, but the sample charge would be discounted when you first time order.

5. Can you customize logo?

- Of course, we can make your logo on the product and package also, the extra cost will depend on your logo and package design.

6. What kind of shipping do you have?

- Normally shipped by Express like DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/ARAMEX/EMS, also can ship by air or by sea.
And also we can use your shipping forwarder if you have.

7. What is your payment method?

- Trade assurance order / TT / Western union / L/C / Paypal and so on.

8. Do you offer mixed models colors and models?

- Yes, sure, mixed orders or colors are acceptable. You can leave us a message about which models & colors you may need. But if you would like to take different models, please kindly send us an email.

9. Do you offer drop-shipping order?

- Yes, we can do drop-shipping for you when you leave us correct address and phone number.

10. What about the quality of your goods?

- We have professional QC teams to test and inspect the products, which ensure the quality. And we will fully check the quality and everything else before we pack and send the goods out to you. If you have any problems, please let us know, we will check and solve it.
